Having been in the mortgage industry for nearly two decades, I'm surprised I haven't had the chance and the pleasure to cross paths with Tom until recently. But I'm glad that I finally did. I really could not say enough about Tom! He recently sold our East Sacramento home, and he did an amazing job. He helped me get in contact with contractors and made the house look beautiful. We got several offers and chose great buyers who will care for our house for years to come. Tom was super communicative and available to walk us through every step of the way. Gonsalves Reality did a fabulous job of assisting me with the purchase of my first home. I worked with Tom and Meredith, and they were very accommodating. I work nights and sleep during the day, which causes a lot of last-minute changes and requests on my part. I can't think of a time they were unable to meet my needs, and we saw a ton of houses.
